Staff Product Designer at Enlyte
November 2019 – Now
At Enlyte, I design and evolve the systems behind the products. I build and maintain our Magnetic Design System — from component libraries and design tokens to company-wide adoption — helping create a more cohesive, scalable experience across 50+ products and services.
I’m part of a core design systems team of 6, supporting a larger design department of 24 designers and an engineering department of 500+ developers. I led the team’s migration from Sketch and Axure to Figma and continue driving design system improvement with a focus on WCAG-compliant accessibility.
Currently, I’m exploring how AI can help modernize existing assets. One ongoing project focuses on leveraging AI to refresh our 300+ icon set ****— improving consistency and quality while dramatically reducing manual production time through an AI + Designer workflow.
In addition to product design and system work, I actively contribute to the design team culture by leading educational initiatives, mentoring, and organizing team-building activities to help teams grow, connect, and learn together.

UI/UX Designer at LeverX Group
September 2015 – September 2019
At LeverX, I designed 10+ applications across web, iOS, and Android. I collaborated with product and engineering to help startups and internal teams shape unique solutions — from a data-driven sales app to a multi-role service platform. My work spanned the full process, including stakeholder interviews and usability testing.
I also produced marketing assets and print materials to support sales efforts and team-building events.

Master of Radiophysics and Computer Technologies
Belarusian State University, 2016
For my graduation project, I worked on visual representations of ozone layer hole predictions by transforming complex scientific data into clear charts and maps — blending physics with intuitive design.
