My role

I worked with a cross-functional team to design a unique sales analytics platform built to optimize distributor performance through real-time supply visibility and customer-driven insights. The product included both Web and Mobile apps, with a focus on enabling faster decisions, smarter promotions, and more efficient in-store execution.

As a UI/UX designer, I led design for core workflows and high-impact features, including:

• Reports: enabled distributors to upload in-store photos so the system could recognize product placement and estimate shelf quantity for better inventory visibility
• Historical Analytics: surfaced trends in sales performance (where, when, and how much was sold), helping distributors refine targets, prioritize accounts, and adjust strategy
• Ad Tracker (Advertisement Tracker): supported synchronization and optimization of promotions across store chains, improving campaign execution.

Impact

In close collaboration with product, engineering, and stakeholders, we delivered a sales analytics platform designed for efficient, convenient, and scalable performance tracking.

Today, the platform supports 100+ client companies and operates across the U.S.
