My role

I worked with a talented team to take a business concept from zero to a full digital platform that simplifies how companies offer on-site services to their employees. The central design challenge: creating a multi-role system that could flex across business admins, employees, and service providers without sacrificing clarity or usability.

In my role, I was responsible for feature design across Web, iOS, and Android apps, focused on expanding and strengthening the platform’s core capabilities. I designed and shipped:

Impact

The Employee Service App is now broadly adopted across U.S. and European markets, serving users in 80+ countries and localized in 100+ languages. Companies rely on the platform to simplify service delivery, elevate employee experience, and increase retention and loyalty.
