I love teams. I love people. And I truly believe strong connections improve the work atmosphere and satisfaction, especially during tough times (when we’re all powered by deadlines and caffeine). That’s why I put time and energy into team-building events and educational initiatives that help teams learn more about each other, push our boundaries, and build the courage to try new things and share more (without making anyone say “fun fact about me” under pressure).
