Created in 2019, the Magnetic Team at Enlyte was formed to unify and modernize fragmented design practices across the company's products and services through the Magnetic Design System.

Key contributions

As a founding member, I play a key role in growing the Magnetic Design System. My work focuses on three strategic areas: Design System Core, Design System Adoption, and Design Operations.

Design System Core

Partnered with engineering to create a scalable design token system, codifying visual standards, enabling multi-theme support, and designing for WCAG-compliant experiences.
Defined system foundations; built and maintained 40+ components in Figma, and contributed code implementations (with Copilot help) to the component library.
Designed modular, reusable features (e.g., App Launcher, Document Viewer, MFA) adopted across Enlyte products, reducing implementation time by an average of 75% through shared patterns and code.
Initiated and led an AI-assisted iconography update, using AI to audit, analyze, and generate visual assets, reducing redesign effort by 70% compared to a manual approach.
